J.P. Lauria is a Senior Vice President of Business Development at KDM Financial. Mr. Lauria is a 24 year veteran of the equity and fixed income markets. In 2020, he rejoined the team at KDM having been part of J.W. Korth on the mortgage trading desk since 2015. His experience managing a trading desk responsible for wholesale and institutional distribution of Agency and non-Agency MBS has led him to develop a keen eye for value.
Mr. Lauria was also an integral part of building the trading operation at JVB Financial for 15 years and developed deep roots in the broker-dealer community. His additional experience include derivatives, CMBS, ABS and structured notes. He is also responsible for new client development and origination of capital placement assignments, along with structuring transactions on behalf of the firm’s clients. Mr. Lauria holds Series 7 and 63 licenses.
