Keith Henrich serves as KDM Financials’ General Counsel. Mr. Henrich has large public company experience serving as the Assistant General Counsel for The Hackett Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: HCKT),from 2014-2021, a multi-national publicly traded company, and has focused his practice handling mergers and acquisitions, private placements, debt financing, public company reporting obligations, commercial lending and general corporate law as an associate at Bryn & Associates, from 2010 through 2014, in Miami, Florida, and Hogan Lovells in Washington D.C. from 2008 to 2009. Mr. Henrich holds an LL.M. from Georgetown University in Securities and Financial Regulation and a J.D. from Nova Southeastern University.
On his spare time, Mr. Henrich enjoys traveling and sailing Biscayne Bay with his children and his wife.
